REBECCA THOMPSON, B.A.

Assistant Psychometrist

Rebecca Thompson is a recent graduate of McGill University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Minors in Behavioural Science and Education. She has been working with children for several years in roles such as childcare, teaching and coaching. Recently she took on a position as an Emergency Educational Assistant in special education classes at Regina Street Alternative School assisting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

 

Rebecca also has experience working as a research assistant at McGill University and The Royal Ottawa Hospital aiding in participatory action and Indigenous Mental Health research. Rebecca greatly enjoys her work with children and youth and is excited about continuing her learning in the fields of Psychology and Special Education. She is a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP).
