UPCOMING WORKSHOPS

Study Skills Flyer.png

Professional Development Workshops are available for educators and learning strategists that focus on developing students' excutive functioning skills. These workshops can be tailored to each team's needs and will focus on how teachers can structure their classes (no matter the subject) to support students' executive functioning skill development - that is, how to structure course content, assignments / tests, etc. for the semester to ensure that part of what students walk away with at the end of that class is growth in their organizational and time management skills. All workshops are discussed within the context of understanding how we learn and executive functioning in general.

Our 2-hour Teen's Study Skills Workshop is designed for students in grades 10 - 12 who are interested in learning effective ways to prepare for assessments and how to segment their work effectively. The workshop will also cover how to use AI ethically and appropriately to enhance studying.

This virtual workshop is facilitated by Joy Gandell, our Executive Funcions/ADHD Coach.
